Performance coaching is a professional service that focusses on the complete personal development of each individual. The condition of the individual worker/employee is as important as the superiority of your product or service. Improved performance in your individual workforce equals improved performance in your organization. Nothing can sabotage your organization quicker than people who are functioning from real deficiencies or imbalances in there lives. Even if those imbalances are outside the scope of their work context. Most people cannot leave everything at the door and perform to the highest standard expected of them.

The Premise:

The “Circle Building” concept is one that focusses on helping individuals develop systems that grow the sphere of their entire life exponentially, resulting in significant improvement in their overall performance and output.

Traditionally, performance coaching focusses on improving the training and skill set of each person. Hoping to challenge and inspire people within the context of their duties and responsibilities as they relate to the company. 

 

However, the overwhelming majority of the time, deficiencies in these areas are not the root causes in people that are not engaged in the way they potentially could be. Most often it is a hidden crisis somewhere else within the metron  of their personal lives. 

The Process:

Trust me, you can inspire, challenge, and hype people with all the rah rah rah you want to… That works for a minute. You can further train and equip people with better capabilities that relate to their job responsibilities, and that helps so long as people show up ready, fresh, and prepared to give you their best. But if you don’t equip people with something they can use to transform and manage their lives with, it will be short-lived. You must have a system. Without one, the embraced values of ones life will seem to be at odds with each other. There’s an unintentional dynamic of different values competing for the majority of your time, energy, and focus. Trying to address the growth and development of these values from a linear perspective is equivalent to playing real-life “Wack-a-Mole.” You must have a system that assures equal amounts of time, energy, and attention are given to each value simultaneously (Every 24-hour segment of time).

 

Circle Builders works within two specific parameters of coaching: Executive Performance and Team Performance. Both considerations involve two phases; 

 

  • First, a collective session focussed more on the general premise of Circle Builders. This presentation is high energy, inspirational, demonstrative, and involves personal assessment in a group environment.

  • Second, one on one sessions with individuals that either request it personally, or are recommended by leadership to participate.

The Product:

Having a workforce that consists of employees who are whole and complete in the entirety of their lives, with a synergy of complete growth that elevates their creativity, commitment, consistency, loyalty, and even mental and physical health is priceless. Plainly stated, happy, healthy and fulfilled individuals will have a dramatically positive impact on your organization.

Services:

  • A one-time high energy general session with collective organization.

  • One-on-one breakout sessions with individuals for 45 minutes each.

  • A 6-month follow-up sessions (45 minutes) via video conferencing with previously seen individuals.

  • Circle Builders High Performers Club (HPC). Event invitations, weekly inspiration, leadership material, and discounts on resources and merchandise.
